  Great house and property is wonderful. Communication before check in was not good. The wi-fi is very poor. Was told to reset modem. This was done multiple time with no success. Could not watch our favorite football team for the tv is from the wi-if which did not work. It would be a 5/5 if the wi-if worked and communication was better.

• The description is very deceiving

  The description of the property was a “stunning villa.” and there was nothing stunning about it. It is a very outdated dark old house that was very dirty. It has great potential and could be a stunning property if more attention was given to it. The yard was full of weeds. There was something dead by the front door that smelled rotten.The porch is in bad need of a power washing. There were cobwebs in the windows and hanging from the main bathroom ceiling. Lights were burned out, drawers didn’t open, etc., etc. I absolutely would not recommend this property until a lot of cleanup was done.

  - As soon as you arrived, I reached out via text to ask if you had any concerns or questions and invited you to give us a call. I wish I had known about the smell by the front door so I could have addressed it right away.
  - We had heavy rain, which was beyond our control, and it may have affected the landscaping.
  - We will take care of the burned-out bulbs and the drawers that are difficult to open.

• Very kind but felt a little forgotten

  The Villa had lots of space and was fully equipped. We enjoyed riding bikes in the big driveway and really enjoyed the pond too..

  When we arrived, they were still there cleaning up, the yard would've been better to have been mowed, but it looked like it had been a couple weeks, and the garage would've been better to have been cleaned out of clutter that's been there for years. It looks like..

  Overall, though we were able to have a great time at the villa, it is a great property with lots of potential.

  - I understand the garage may have looked cluttered, but the items stored there are equipment I use to maintain the property. That’s why the listing specifies that only one side of the garage is available for guest use.
  - Even with over 10 acres to manage, I’m committed to keeping the property looking its best for every guest, including during tight turnovers like the day of your arrival.
  - I also try to avoid mowing during guest stays to make sure your time at the home is as relaxing and uninterrupted as possible.

• Urban Tranquility

  What a little treasure to find when gathering for a declining senior family matriarch. Despite the surrounding urban landscape of Rogers and the resultant street traffic all around, this peaceful oasis of natural beauty and tranquility was a perfect location for our family to gather and remember and share family stories once again.
