Very clean and cozy cabin. Stayed here for 4 nights and could have stayed longer. Very peaceful stay. Great location. The owner provided detail instructions and made sure everything was ok our first night. Saw plenty of wildlife including a family of deer, turkey and a roadrunner. Caught small mouth and rock bass in the creek. The White River / Calico Rock was easy to get to where we caught our limit in rainbow trout with Mr. “Cobb” at Jenkins Fishing service. Blanchard Springs Caverns was also easy to get to and quite a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was very cute and it is very secluded. I wish we had known about the drive in on the gravel road ahead of time. From the south it took about 8-10 minutes, from the north it was more like 20 minutes. The road wasn't that bad when we got there, but it rained overnight and the next day it was worse. We would have brought my husbands pickup instead of my little SUV had we known. The cabin was super clean, but the main bed and the couch were not at all comfortable. We saw whitetail deer every morning in the meadow down the hill, had squirrels visit us on the porch, and even saw an elk on the drive out.

The cabin was super cute and clean, never have used solar for energy, but was no issues at all, wifi and creek access is family friendly and nice to not have to drive to water. The owner contacted us before we checked in and was available for any questions needed. It is secluded, maybe a tad more than I am used to. You will have 2 miles of gravel road and toward the cabin the road does narrow. We saw deer in the clearing during the morning hours and the weather was great for sutting on the porch.

My daughter and I stayed just shy of week and the best time! It was the perfect tiny little space for us. Quick access to the creek, to town, and other swimming holes. The host was more than happy to answer any questions and was always a text away! 10/10 recommend staying here. I grew in spending every summer in Mtn View and I absolutely loved staying here!
