Reservation in Hot Springs
5/5 I could write 1000 words and not say enough about how accommodating the people handled our reservation and the owner of the home.
The real estate person Traci brought us fishing poles.
The owner was leaving his shop which was beside the VRBO and when I asked him where we could get pizza, he called the pizza place and ordered the pizza for our group. He then thanked us for staying and both Tracy and the owner said if we needed anything else, to let them know.
The VRBO could not have been any better. Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. If you stay any where close to this location with a group of people, you will not find a better place and it was at a great price.
Plenty of room
5/5 Reportedly the 7 of us were their first customers. We were down to see the total eclipse. The place is spacious with a quirky spread-out layout would be perfect of family reunions or church retreats. There are the two kitchens for separate meals prep. There was a meeting/game area and a dining area that are on opposite ends of the building for group activities. The advertised sleeping 13 people would mean using the two new pullout couches in the huge king size bedroom. Plenty of room in there. Outside patio included sink for a bar or cleaning up. It is Right on the river and local fishing boats fishing were working shore so the fishing should be good. The owner and agent were friendly and helpful.
