• If you're allergic to mold stay away

  As soon as we arrived the place smelled like mold. I thought it was just an old building. The first night I slept maybe 5 1/2 hours. My eyes hurt and was developing a sore throat. We went out the 2nd day and came back when it was raining. As soon as I walked in, I started to sneeze. I went to the bedroom and water was coming in the unit on the brick wall. The floor had water on it. We immediately called evolve, which the lady was very short with me. Told me she was on a retreat and would have the owners contact us. I told her we were leaving, as I'm allergic to mold. We left and I received a text from the owner and sent them the video. No one reached out to me after I left and asked how I was doing. I own a condo and rent it out and would be concerned renting this unit.

  We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - When notified of your concerns during your stay, we investigated immediately. The issue was caused by wind-driven rain entering through a window seal, not mold.
  - The affected window has since been professionally resealed, and there have been no further leaks reported.
  - A full inspection confirmed there is no mold present in the unit.
  - We issued a refund for the inconvenience and continue to provide a clean, comfortable space for all guests.
  We continue to receive excellent feedback from other travelers, and the owner remains committed to maintaining a positive guest experience.

  It was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest a couple of things that would make it better like a mirror n another room since there is only one bathroom. Add a few more dishes and a suitcase stand. Overall we would stay again.

  Loved this condo. It was beautiful and spacious. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would love to stay there again!

• Modern Luxury And Historic Charm Near Bathhouse Row

  This gorgeous loft, within walking distance to Bathhouse Row, is the perfect blend of modern luxury and historical charm. The spacious accommodations are very clean and quiet. The owners were very attentive to our needs. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
