This was a last minute reservation and could not have worked out more perfectly for our family. We needed a one story, no step entrance for my 94 year old mother. We also needed space to sleep our kids and an aunt and uncle and the bedrooms were great. Three with ensuites and privacy. The primary bedroom is huge and has a very nice shower and closet space. The bunkroom is great for little kids and they loved the coziness of the triple bunks. Our temporary home did not accommodate us and we were lucky to find this spot - close to the Bypass in Hot Springs and convenient to everyone visiting from town and also convenient to grocery stores, last minute Dollar General, and Central Avenue and downtown.
Since it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, there was a lot of cooking and playing games- people coming and going. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was also in the ‘70’s outside so the big backyard was nice for the kids to run around. I’m sure in the summer, this place is great because the yard is flat and it goes right down to the water’s edge.
I can’t say enough about the owner and the great communication. She was so helpful and always got right back to me regarding guest questions and information.
All in all, a great stay and I would recommend whole heartedly!
Updated lake house. We arrived to trash, including dirty diapers in the kitchen and not the best cleaning with hair and dirty hair ties in the living room. Everything was in working order. Kitchen is not well stocked with drinking glasses. We had some problems with the dishwasher and attempted to call the 24/7 phone number but no one answered. Thankfully we were able to get it running. Parking is a bit challenging. No sheets available for pull out sofa. Bunk bed room was VERY hot. We ended up going to the store to buy a fan. Overall, the house was good and pictures were accurate, just don’t expect anything extra at all.

The place is very clean, updated, quiet. When we had time to stay at the house between events, it was nice to sit on the covered patio and watch the baby geese and their parents. We had 9 adults and a baby and had plenty of room for all. Thanks for a great stay.
