On the lake, fairly quiet and nice neighborhood, good covered parking (though a bit short for taller trucks), and very close to everything you want to visit in Hot Springs. The house dates to the late 50's, and appears to be getting piecemeal updates. The view from the living room was excellent. It is well equipped, including kayaks and a canoe which we enjoyed paddling around the island off the backyard, and a well stocked kitchen we put to good use. The house was clean, though there was a bit of a mildew smell in some spots that gradually tapered off as our stay went on. I'm guessing due to the reduced ventilation when the house is vacant between guests. It wasn't obtrusive, but might be an issue for more sensitive people. The available laundry was a plus. Communication was done via e-mail, and contained all the information needed. Contact information was given, but we never needed to use it. The mattresses in the three bedrooms had varying levels of softness, so you can match to your preference. This is the 3rd different VRBO house we have used visiting Hot Springs, and we enjoyed our stay. 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the faint mildew smell, the neighbors sprinkler hitting the bedroom window at 3AM (fixed after the first night), and some of the updates still needed.

3 ladies were staying and the home was in a great location! The view is amazing!!! All 3 of the beds were comfortable!! We didn’t do any cooking, but if you did it looked like you would have everything you would need. We loved it and hope to return!!!!Thank you

We had the best time!!! Slept wonderfully, loved the scenery, close to everything we had planned. We will return
The house was perfect for the six of us. The split floor plan worked out great. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to the races. The torrential downpours of rain kept us inside, which made us enjoy the house even more. The house was well sticked with everything we could possibly need,
We really enjoyed this older home that has been beautifully decorated in a modern decor. Loved the split floor plan, large living room with picture windows that take advantage of the wonderful lake view. There is a nice fire pit outside that we took advantage of and a dock and some small water items, like kayak. Location was very close to historic bathhouses where you can hike and end at lunch or the bathhouses downtown without having to move your vehicle. Also close to the gardens and other parks and hiking.
