Found numerous cigarette butts
2/5 This is a pet friendly home. We brought our two service animals. An Evole rep told me (several days before we arrived that we WOULD NOT have to pay the pet fee. The front yard had numerous (over 14) cigarette butts on it, very poisonous to dogs. I complained to the property manager & told him i had dogs. He said Evole was incorrect and i did have to pay the pet fee. Also, it appears the owners do not change the security code to enter front door, which made us very uncomfortable & no way to secure door from inside. No access to large yard from back of house, have to walk all way around house & not fenced in. Driveway also far away past back yard. Will never stay here again.
Perfect weekend getaway
5/5 We came to Hot Springs for a weekend getaway with our pups. This place was nice and comfy. It reminded me of my grandparents house. It’s only about 5 mins away from downtown. There’s plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
