• Nice quiet house

  The couch was covered in stains, we didn't want to sit on it. They definitely need a new one. Ran out of toilet paper they put out 4 rolls for 8 people for 3 nights.

  We did sleep pretty good and it was a pretty quiet neighborhood. The tile in the bathroom was broken and there was a broken glass candle in the living room when we got there so we put it on the refrigerator so the kids wouldn't get hurt. Part of the checking out was I think unnecessary like we had to wash and put away all the dishes? It takes 2 hours for a dishwasher to run and check out is 10am. So i guess no breakfast? The last one we stated in just said put in.the dishwasher and start. And checkout was 10am which is also ridiculous hotels are usually earliest 11. They expected you to do all the cleaning and then charge a cleaning fee? I'll update this review if I'm charged any extra fees because we left it super clean and I will see if they add anything in.

  Other then the gross couch. The House wasn't bad. We slept okay and it was close to the hot springs.

• Fantastic Find!

  We stay in Hot Springs often to spend time with family and enjoy the beauty Arkansas has to offer. Home was 10/10 clean. Cleaning crew is amazing. Bedding was comfortable, master bath showerhead was exhilarating. Nice backyard for our dogs to stretch out. We appreciated the proximity to the highway and easy going neighborhood. Can’t wait till Cajun Boilers reopens! We would absolutely consider staying here again.

  Few things could have been cleaner but overall a nice place. No issues with neighborhood, actually talked to one neighbor for a few seconds and was very nice.

• Overall a good stay/property

  We had a great stay and it was a great property. However, the place was not thoroughly cleaned upon arriving. Sheets were dirty, coach was stained and soiled badly & covered with a blanket, main bedroom comforter was dirty, wet towels left in a hamper from previous guest upon other things. I alerted the guest contact and she apologized & informed me the place was scheduled for a deep clean. I wish I had known about the soiled couch and stained bedding as we would have stayed somewhere else. If it had been cleaned thoroughly, we would have given 5 stars.

• Hot Springs Horse Races

  This property was so cute and clean! The location was perfect for us as it was close to the race track which was primarily what we were in Hot Springs to do. The surrounding houses in the neighborhood needed some upkeep- but we were prepared for that based on other reviews. The house was very spacious and had a huge fenced in backyard- great for littles to run off some energy or pets. There was plenty of space for parking as well. There were plenty of towels/ soaps/trash bags/ dishwasher detergent, etc. as needed for our stay. Very pleasant experience!
