  Place was great. Only issue we had was ants in the kitchen. And a lot of them. So we had to make sure everything was put in fridge including chips.

  We traveled from Tampa, FL to visit my wife's recently widowed grandfather. She spent many years in Hot Springs and many summers on Lake Hamilton. This house was very clean, it had everything we needed and definitely exceeded our expectations of an "AirBnB" and to be honest we're worried about the next vacation rental house because this one raised the bar so high! The house was clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and newly updated and the house was bigger than we thought and the kids absolutely loved kayaking on a lake that didn't have gators (Florida problems!). They couldn't believe there were kayaks for them to explore. We spent many nights while the kids kayaked just chilling in the hot tub watching the sunset. My wife's grandmother loved Lake Hamilton and when we noticed the wall decor that had a quote she always lived by, "Do Small Things, With Great Love", my wife was practically in tears. This house was our families first real vacation in over a decade. If you're new to Hot Springs and looking for activities: Gangster Museum in Downtown Hot Springs, Mountain Valley Water Museum, Baseball Walk of Fame and the H.S. Stars Walk of Fame, Diablos Mexican (get a strawberry marg. so good!), and get a dozen cupcakes from FatBottomGirls! If you're adventurous - visit bathhouse row and go through Fordyce Bathhouse museum, then go up to the Mountain Tower, fill your water in the mountain water fountain after hiking all the trails on west mountain and visit the Veterans Memorial where you'll see the statue of Adam Brown, US NAVY SEAL (he's related to the wife's family). If you're an adventurer or just love American history the little town of Hot Springs has so much. We are so happy we booked this house that we're already planning next summer vacation!   The accuracy of the property description is spot on. We really enjoyed having the private boat ramp for ease od launching our boat in and out of the water.

• Wonderful Family Weekend!

  Perfect place for our family weekend! The house is updated nicely and has plenty of room. My grandchildren loved the morning geese visits. We brought our boat and had lots of water fun on the lake and also relaxing on floats right by the dock.

  Will book again!
