Charming, Comfortable, Clean
5/5 This was the perfect place for a group of women on a girls’ weekend! The location was great as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The home was clean and just the right amount of comfort for all of us. The owner was so kind and a great help if we needed it! I would stay here again anytime in Hot Springs.

Cute house in downtown
4/5 This property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and offers a truly comfortable stay. Both king-size beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Linda is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond—she provides a full range of toiletries in the bathrooms, along with an abundance of towels. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with a great selection of dishes, cookware, and glassware, making it easy to prepare meals.The only minor drawback is the bright lights from the business across the street, which remain on throughout the night. However, Linda has equipped the home with blinds and blackout curtains to minimize the impact. It’s a small trade-off for the convenience of being in a prime downtown location. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!
