Old and it smells like mold and mildew.

House was nice and had great proximity to Oaklawn
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this house. Private parking was nice and the house was well equipped. Will definitely stay again on next Hot Springs trip!

Lovely older home
5/5 This is a lovely older home right by Oaklawn. We were here for the Derby, so we could easily walk to the track each day. Plenty of space, well-maintained, and comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
