5/5 Comfortable furniture and open plan for easy gathering. Walkable (bit along busy road then up a steep steep hill, or via slightly longer route with 2 lane busy street) on sidewalks to Razorback stadium. Comfy beds with soft linens. Big backyard with a red-shouldered hawk stopping by for her breakfast each morning. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Next to a busy street but host provides white-noise machines in each room. Host was very responsive.
