4/5 Overall, the house was good. It was close to a rec Center and eureka spring's which was great for our family. The communication with the property manager was terrible. She Was contacted several times via email and phone to see about getting checked in early and the questions regarding the fire pit and grill and we had no response. We even tried to contact her on the drive down to the house on the day of arrival. Communication was terrible

5/5 The house was very nice and in a good location. Very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The management company even checked in with me to see how we were doing and if we were ok from the storms in the area.
