Trendy and Great location
4/5 Beautifully decorated. Just ensure that you are okay with steep stairs before you book. There is some audible road noise, so bring a white noise machine to drown it out. The only thing keeping this place from five stars is that there NEEDS to be blackout curtains in the bedroom. The house across the street has bright lights on all night. If you are at all a light sleeper this may be bothersome. Otherwise, I would recommed this cute rental.

4/5 We enjoyed staying at the property, although there were two minor issues: the garbage disposal did not work, and we had problems texting the Evolve contact person. Other than that, the property was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
