  • Long Weekend

    5/5

We enjoyed our stay very much, the property is spacious and has a wonderful layout. We had a hiccup on arrival, but the property manager was very prompt with her responses and everything was resolved quickly.

  • Less than what I expected

    3/5

I have stayed in many rentals over many years. All have different amenities. The view and the larger comfortable beds are the positives. The snacks were nice to have also. Always a very nice touch. Plenty of towels however no shower soap/body wash or shampoo which the majority of owners provide. There was also no tissue/ Kleenex anywhere in the complex. Again these are little things I've become used to in rentals. Several lights didn't work. The master bedroom dust ruffle was ripped. Overall the unit was clean. The bedroom with the two twins- those mattresses need replacing You can feel the box springs. The owner possibly consider those beds for children but we had two adult ladies sleep on them and they were terribly uncomfortable. I might stay here again if there are a few more amenities for the price. The cleaning fee is also much higher than the usual $75.

  • Knowing your neighbors

    5/5

We booked up half of the duplex for the Jeep Jam & a set of friends booked the other half. It wasn't far from town but far enough to enjoy the not so busy part of town. We were unable to see the water unless you were on the top deck, which you can only get to from the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable. Super soft towels, which was a nice change from other bookings. We did not hear the attached neighbors other than through the master bedroom wall. Later we found out they sleep with the tv on very loudly. I doubt you would hear the other half of the duplex otherwise. Kitchen was stocked of pans, dishes, towels. It does not have ziplock bags or foil, so if you are needing those you will need to bring it yourself. Having a half bath in the lower level was a good feature. With the two full baths upstairs with the bedrooms. In between the bedrooms is a game table & mini fridge. Which we did not use because it was easier to stay in the main part of the house. There is a coffee pot in that area as well. And you will hear the noise of getting the pot ready. You can fit one car in the garage. Plenty of parking for more vehicles. Overall a great stay.
