  We have stayed at many short term rentals in Bella Vista and this was by far our favorite due to how new and beautifully appointed the accommodations are, the layout, views and location. It's only a short jaunt down the road to access the Back 40 trail system. From there, you have access to miles of dirt trails or you can access the paved Razorback Greenway. The location in the community is quite and the views from the deck are beautiful, especially in the fall. The layout of the home is ideal, with a front office/game room by the entry, and the primary suite and guest rooms on opposite sides of the house for privacy. The kitchen is well appointed and very clean (I'm OCD and we will be returning to this property specifically because of how clean it was!). It's an open concept so everyone can be together whether in the living room, kitchen, dining area or deck. It was stormy while we were there, but the covered deck still allowed us to enjoy the view. The game room and TV set up helped us make the most of the rain. We brought our own dog crate and bowls but were pleasantly surprised to find they are provided on site, which is a really thoughtful addition. The home did not have any odors and felt brand new. We didn't bring bikes but the set up for them in the garage looked ideal. The only caution I would give is to plan to park in the garage due to driveway pitch and size. There's plenty of space in the garage and you stay dry in rain that way anyway- just be aware if you're bringing a canoe/kayak or anything towed. Check in and out was seamless. The owner was extremely kind and responsive. This is our new go to place to stay in Bella Vista and we can't wait for our next visit!
