4/5 Everything was great including Andy. We brought two boats and were able to charge the batteries just fine but be sure to bring extension cords with multi plugs. The boat house was nice but did have some floating grass blown into it. I removed it anticipating possibly using it during the fishing tournament but the grass was back the next day almost as bad. Nothing the owner can do about it and there are no complaints concerning the boat house. The road which the cabin is located on is quite curvy and hilly especially while pulling a boat.
