  The pics make the place look way better than it is. It’s not very clean. Dust on everything couches full of dirt and sand. Floors swept minimal at best . Coffee tables and night stands had rings of dirt from where cups were set down. Closets are full vacuums, mops, brooms, swiffers, tools, extra pillows, sheets (a lot of stuff) etc but not in a good way. So hanging up my clothes wasn’t an option. Not one roll of toilet paper towels or anything was in the unit upon arrival. I was required to do more cleaning at my check out than what it appears the cleaning person does. I honestly think the only thing the cleaning people did was put on clean sheets and clean the bathroom. Kitchen sink was gross with dried food debris on the wall and window seal. On a positive note, the king and queen bed is very comfortable. The check in process was the best.

  - We're sorry for the cleanliness issues you experienced during your stay. While our cleaning crew typically does an excellent job, we understand that mistakes can happen. Rest assured, we've discussed your feedback with them to ensure future guests don't face similar inconveniences. Additionally, we've refunded the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill.
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.
  - Regarding the closets, while condos do have limited storage, we've made sure there's ample room to hang clothes and store essentials. The items in the closet are things our guests might need.
  - We take pride in providing a fully-stocked kitchen to make our guests feel at home. While we don't supply trash bags or toilet paper, we strive to create a cozy and comfortable environment where you can relax and enjoy your time away.

  This condo sits right on Gulf Shores beach, which is nice when traveling with younger kids. We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and it was a nice place to stay the week, kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. It was nice having two full bathrooms and multiple tvs. The condo wasn't far from the hustle of the attractions, but just far enough down the road to eliminate crowds and noise.

  The beds however are terribly uncomfortable. I traveled with my 65 year old mom and my kids who are 4, 7, and 9 years of age and we all struggled with the beds. We all woke with sore backs and hips. Everyone is different, but worth sharing.

  Also keep in mind when booking that they do not provide trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, or laundry detergent for washing their towels as they ask. This isn't a problem, however I was not informed and the owners ask that you do a load of towels before leaving, and I was not able to do this as they did not leave detergent and I did not have any with me. I did reach out to the owner and she kindly replied stating I should have received notification that they do not provide detergent, but I did not receive anything stating this. So just keep in mind when booking.

  Overall, we loved our stay. The condo is spacious, clean and very nice. From the beginning, the hosts were very informative. Most details were clear up front. Parking details were a bit vague in a very tight lot. Guests typically park under the building in the space designated for their unit. Unfortunately for us, the guest parked next to our designated spot parked well over the line near the middle of the entire space EVERY SINGLE TIME. We had to carefully edge in and all get out on the same side of the vehicle when we were able to get into the space at all. Often, we ended up having to park against the fence. Totally, no fault of the owner or management that other guests were inconsiderate though. Just know that it is a very tight space with overall limited parking. Also, your parking permit will be in the condo unit when you get inside.

  Once inside, this is a really nice condo. Though the building appears a little older, the condo unit does appear updated. Everything was clean and mostly well stocked. They provide some staples like dishwashing liquid and toilet paper but prepare to bring your own trash bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo and soap. There's a great market across the street about a block over that literally has everything you need. There's also a nice little restaurant, ice cream shop and liquor store there as well.

  The AC blows nice and cool when we needed it. The beds were very comfortable with lovely mattresses. There are plenty of televisions for everyone in the event that you are indoors. The loft upstairs provided two beds and a TV with a gaming system. It's great to keep the kids tucked away when cooking, etc. We enjoyed coffee on the little patio outside. Though the unit does not come with a view of the sea, you definitely will enjoy the ocean breeze. The building is right on the beach and you can easily walk right out back to enjoy it all. The pool is a little shaded. So it was a bit too cold for us just yet but will be great on hotter days.

  We were very pleased with our stay and absolutely would stay here again.
