  We really enjoy this condo - we love how it's far enough away from the strip to be a little secluded but still close enough to multiple restaurants and stores without going all the way into town. Beds were all super comfortable, the view is great, the beach is a quick walk, the pools and hottubs (both have inside options for a rainy day) are great and the owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns. It's super convenient to go down to the Sassy Bass in the same building for a drink, snacks or a meal (there is a new cafe by the guard shack too with breakfast and coffee!). Multiple options if you want to go off the resort for food - try Jesse’s On The Bay, any of the sassy bass locations, tacky jacks, and even the Fresh Market Seafood place if you want to cook some fresh seafood (try the tuna dip they have in the fridge too!). We've stayed here multiple times and the condo was clean and smelled nice as expected in our previous visits. We have stayed in multiple places over the years on the panhandle and this is one of our annual stops.

  We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean. There was plenty of supplies on hand to begin our stay. There was good ocean view from balcony. Short walk to beach. It was also kept clean. Liked there was a restaurant located in building. There were several pools to swim or lounge around. Appreciated the hot tub. There is also an indoor pool on property. All the pools looked to be cleaned daily. Nice quiet place to stay.

• Disappointed in cleanliness

  Our week included myself and my 2 teenage daughters and we were celebrating my 18 year old’s accomplishments and she heading off to college which is 12 hours from home . We found an old moldy baby bottle under the master bed. Mold smells coming from vents. Candy boxes and wrappers around bunk beds. Couch has stains. Rust on several inside and outside areas. Bunk bed was not made. Run down and needs attention commode runs, dripping sinks, stains on toilet lids, vents were filthy. Hot tubs only run on sunny days if lucky. Sassy bass only open for lunch. Bring any and all toiletries. Facility is open to public anyone can just walk in. Very loud and can hear chairs up stairs scooting across the floor at all hours of the night. DO not take ferry after a 12 1/2 hour drive we waited for ferry 2 hours and 45 minutes. On a positive note the beds were comfortable and locals were super nice and comforting. The beach area is beautiful but very very crowded and shared with 3 other facilities on the property. Being a small business owner myself was very disappointed in hospitality and cleanliness.

  The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
  - The home was professionally cleaned before your arrival, with photos showing all beds made and surfaces wiped down. We're sorry the baby bottle under the bunk bed was missed, and have followed up with our cleaning team to prevent this moving forward.
  - Rust is expected in beachfront environments, but we're working with the HOA to address outdoor areas like balcony rails and flooring, with updates scheduled for late fall 2025.
  - Hot tub operations depend on weather and HOA controls, which can limit availability during certain conditions.
  - Condo rentals require guests to bring paper products for their duration, although rolls of TP & paper towels are provided to start with.
