5/5 The location for one was exactly where we needed it to be! You will be close to the Downtown area so close to food locations, gas stations etc. The rental is truly set up so beautifully. It was top tier in my opinion. Sometimes you show up to a space and it just isn’t what you expected, often way smaller. This was NOT one of those rentals. You have so much breathing room and it gives you the most warming home felt stay. Emily is awesome! She will make sure to respond when needed and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much! I miss it already.

5/5 Nice cozy and cute place to stay close to the shops and restaurants. Good for young couple but challenging for old people and people with disabilities.
Top Notch Air BnB in Downtown Fairbanks
5/5 This truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were great and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed going out and seeing what Fairbanks and Alaska had to offer and having such a cozy place to return to! The hosts were amazing and I highly recommend this location if you are planning a stay in Fairbanks. We will definitely use this studio again when we return for another visit!
