4/5 Loved being on the lake. No exhaust fan in kitchen made cooking tricky. The king size bed was amazing and the house stayed warm. Loved the location. Would have liked to be able to use washer/dryer. Ice maker didn't work and there were no ice cube trays. But, It worked well for us and we appreciated the easy check in instructions. Just had to trial and error how to lock the door from the outside, getting in was easy. Neighborhood was quiet. Couch was comfortable.

5/5 The property is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having our coffee (every morning) out on the deck. The bed in the master was a great sleep. The flannel sheets were a blessing! Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

5/5 The property was good but not fancy on our trip to Fairbanks. The view of the back yard lake was very nice. We were hoping there would be a washer and dryer.

4/5 House was just as pictured! The lake view was awesome. We had a great time, just for those thinking of booking, we didn’t realize there was no washer and dryer. That was our fault for not checking listing. Just thought it was a given. So just keep that in mind. Other than that, very nice! Great location.
