Great layout
4/5 Great layout, cozy, great location. We rented this house for a Thanksgiving weekend and it was a great fit. Very spacious rooms, open floor plan and clean. Street noise wasn’t too bad in the master and there was virtually no street noise on the downstairs rooms.
It could use Kleenex and some more kitchen towels, we only had 1 provided and brought 2 with us from home. Had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, trash bags, and ziplocs. A couple blankets for the living room would have been nice too. Excellent rental, we would love to come back again.

Would stay again
4/5 Convenient and in a nice area.
Clean, spacious, heated garage (!), & responsive owner. King size bed is very comfy. Stayed during two snowstorms over two weeks and owner made sure driveway was cleared each time.

4/5 Loved location, having access to garage, fireplace, place was cozy and stocked for all our needs. Woke up at 6:30am and several large moose in yard across the street 😳- would definitely stay here again.

Very mediocre
3/5 Needs better maintenance and attention. Especially for the price. Examples are a running toilet and an unusable sliding door out to the deck. All the nice pillows and throws from the pictures were missing. Dead wreath on the door from Christmas greeted us as we arrived. No access to cable TV channels. TV unwatchable.
