  Hi Lynne, we always want our guests to feel comfortable and have everything they need for a great stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The TVs have been checked and are now functioning properly, thanks for bringing that to our attention.
  - The couch is a newer leather model with built-in chargers. The reclining levers can be a bit stiff, but we are keeping an eye on them and will revisit if needed.
  - The microwave issue is being reviewed under warranty, and a replacement will be arranged if necessary.

• Great last minute Spring Break getaway!

  This was the perfect place for our family to stay! We loved the neighborhood and how close to the water this unit is. My husband and I traveled with our 8 yo and 10yo. They loved the trailhead that was at the end of the parking lot. We enjoyed daily hikes! We also enjoyed walking down to the waters edge to skip rocks and just enjoy the sun set.This unit had 2 kings, which was nice that kids could have extra room to share a bed without too much of a fuss.We enjoyed the enclosed patio and made use of the fully equipped kitchen! Only downside was the noise from the people above. We lucked out that it was only during the day and they were quiet by bedtime. Again I was working during the day so heard it but in evenings for bedtime it was quiet and didn’t lose any sleep.Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

• Lovely setting

  We enjoyed the electric fireplace on the porch overlooking Lake Taneycomo, a warm spot for coffee, happy hour and reading. Proximity to Branson and Table Rock Lake area, along with being in the Pointe Royale area was a plus. Comfortable bed was a plus!

  Worked well for the weekend, especially liked the porch room. Only thing is the TV had some issues but we weren’t there to watch much TV anyway.

• Bad furniture

  The mechanisms on both sides of the reclining couch are broken making my stay extremely uncomfortable because I have a disability. The pull out sofa bed sunk to the floor when you sat on it so really difficult to enjoy that either. There was mold in both bathrooms. Looked like the guest bathtub hadn’t been cleaned, especially the shower curtain. Very difficult to get in and out of the master bed because it’s extremely high off the floor. The view is spectacular except for the condensation stain on the window. Bakeware rusty.
