We're conveniently located in Downtown Denver offering easy access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, RTD Light Rail, as well as all the great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops the city has to offer! Oh, and we also like to have a lot of fun.

The Position

Customer Support Specialists provide ongoing assistance to our vacation rental property owner customers. We are currently hiring full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the vacation rental industry and our product by assisting homeowners in maximizing their partnership with Evolve. You will be responsible for helping make the Evolve homeowner customer experience world-class. The perfect candidate for this position is a self-starter with a passion for problem solving and thrilling customers with great service.     

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Previous experience interacting with customers over the phone a plus
  • Previous team-oriented work a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide service to homeowners in the Evolve Network that strikes a fantastic balance between friendly, professional and efficient
  • Lightning-fast response to requests via phone, email, and live chat helping customers navigate their online Evolve account, make changes to their listing, consult on optimization strategies and answer account and booking related questions
  • Convey genuine empathy and a desire to resolve customer needs to their ultimate satisfaction
  • Assist with invoicing and payment collection, processing guest reviews and additional tasks as needed
  • Identify priority issues and escalate to Regional Performance Managers
  • Document all activities in the company's CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Collaborate with entire Homeowner Support team as well as other departments to achieve high service level standards and meet company goals

Requirements/Skills

  • You have a maniacal work ethic, run-through-brick-walls mentality, thrive in a fluid environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • You are a multi-tasking machine - able to manage several tasks at once without pause
  • You are highly orginized and detail-oriented
  • You caught the misspelling in the previous bullet point
  • You have Jaw-dropping verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a fast-study in any software environment (Salesforce.com experience a plus!)
  • You have a flexible schedule that allows you to work nights and weekends

Education

  • Four-year undergraduate degree
