The Position

We’re on the hunt for a Claims Resolution Associate! The ideal candidate is a communication champion who can skillfully investigate claims and enjoys on-the-spot problem-solving.  Your voice will be representative of the Evolve brand, so you will need to be a pillar of professionalism and a reliable resource for knowledge about the company and our core values. As a Claims Resolution Associate on our Homeowner Support Team, you will work to resolve post-booking related issues reported by our homeowners and partners. This includes navigating after-stay related issues, including damages and additional charges. This position requires a high level of organization, as the main focus will be managing claims and following up with clients to request any needed documentation.

You will be tasked with advocating on behalf of our homeowners and coaching them through Evolve’s resolution process. Daily tasks include organizing and submitting claims to our insurance provider and answering calls related to after-stay issues. You will also be expected to provide tailored suggestions on how to mitigate similar issues in the future.

This team is a critical element to Evolve’s success, and those in this role frequently communicate internally with other teams and externally with our homeowners and partners. This role will require an individual who is available during Evolve’s regular business hours, as well as some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Work with homeowners to gather documentation, submit claims to our insurance provider, and meet deadlines for after-stay charges and damage claims
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with homeowners and partner companies
  • Monitor all accounts to prevent insurance abuse or overuse
  • Provide suggestions on how to prevent future guest issues
  • Daily management of the team queue and follow up with clients when needed

Education

  • Four-year undergraduate degree preferred
