Evolve Vacation Rental Network is a high growth, Denver-based startup that is changing the landscape of the vacation rental industry and we’re looking for a smart, passionate and entrepreneurial individual to join our Travel Advisor team.

Evolve is an online booking agency for vacation rental properties. We partner with vacation rental owners and managers to provide online marketing and booking services, while offering travelers the world's best vacation rental booking experience.

The Position

The Customer Experience team is part of our Travel Advisor team. This team is responsible for responding to traveler inquiries and providing an unparalleled rental evaluation and booking experience.  You will be a guide for renters; helping them find the vacation home that best matches their needs and preferences.  The right candidate for this position is a self-starter who works creatively and tirelessly to thrill customers with great service.     

Responsibilities

  • Lightning-fast response to traveler requests
  • Develop a genuine understanding of what each traveler needs
  • Exudes white-glove service with already confirmed travelers
  • A natural ability to address the unhappy traveler and make them return customers
  • Be a multi-tasking ninja able to control numerous tasks at one time
  • Thrill travelers with over-the-top service throughout the post-stay and pre-stay process
  • Own the post-trip review process to measure accuracy of the home listing 
  • Track down and process current traveler payments 

Experience

  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience 
  • Travel-related experience even better

Requirements/Skills

  • You are incapable of pronouncing the words “that’s not my job”
  • Violently allergic to all forms of entitlement and/or credit-seeking
  • Must always be genuine and sympathetic to traveler woes
  • Jaw-dropping verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly orginized and detail-oriented
  • You caught the misspelling in the previous bullet point
  • CRM black-belts will have a leg up
  • Start-up worthy: maniacal work ethic, run-through-brick-walls mentality, thrive in a fluid environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends

Education

  • Four-year undergraduate degree
